The small print

When you book a training course you are also booking a particular date and time on which to take or hold that course.  You will receive an acknowledgement of your web booking by email.

Payment
For open training programmes please ensure that your payment for the course arrives before the day of the training.

For training at your children's centre or extended school, we will invoice half in advance and half following the event. The second invoice will include agreed expenses.

Your invoice
We try to make sure that we send the invoice for the course to the right person or department. If you have received the invoice and are not the right person, please pass it on to the appropriate department so that they can arrange payment for your course in plenty of time.

Your organisation can pay for your course by cheque or by BACS payment.

What if I want to transfer or have to cancel?
If you want to transfer your booking from one course to another, we are happy to do this for you, as long as you transfer more than one week before the training.

For cancellations four weeks or more before the training day, we will send a full refund. For cancellations less than four weeks but more than seven days before the course, we will refund half the fee. For cancellations within seven days of the course, the full fee will be due.The reason we have to charge the full fee if people cancel at short notice is that often our courses are full and we will have to turn people away or ask them to book on a later course. Late cancellations mean that we cannot fill these places.

Please note that non-payment and/or non-attendance do not constitute a cancellation.

What if the course is cancelled by us?
We reserve the right to cancel any course at any time without liability, but if we have to do this we will offer you an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund. Happily, this is very rare!

Good value
We want you to feel you have got the best out of the training and the best value. Please let us know if there are any aspects of our programme that you feel we should change or improve.
